Deposit is due at time of making reservation or within 10 days. If deposit is not received reservation will be cancelled by resort.

Deposit is first night's stay and $7.00 reservation fee per site. (Reservation fee is non-refundable and is not credited towards camping). Remainder of balance and taxes are due upon arrival. Deposits are non-transferable.

Cancellations, shortening of stays, and late arrivals MUST BE MADE 7 days prior to your confirmed arrival date or ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND.

Guests are responsible for the full cost of their reserved stay , whether they made the reservation or it was a group reservation, if changes are not made 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival. It is each guest's responsibility to know how many days are reserved. This applies to campsites, cabin, motel, and moorage.

Check in time to campground: 3:00 pm NO EARLIER.

Check out time to campground: 2:00 pm NO LATER.

Check in time to motel: 12:00 pm NO EARLIER but no later than 10:00 pm.

Check out time to motel: 11:00 am NO LATER.

If you have not checked into your site or room by 11:00 am the following day after your confirmed arrival and we are not notified that you still want your reservation, we reserve the right to release that site or room.

You may not sub-let your site or room.

Sites and rooms must be occupied.

Roll away bed for motel room a one time fee of $10.00 per stay.

Children under 10 years of age in motel will be able to stay at no extra charge but will be considered towards maximum occupancy.

NO persons allowed to sleep on deck areas. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO furniture is to be removed from motel room or cabin at any time for any reason.

NO fires or barbecues on deck of motel.

NO ALCOHOL ON DECK AREAS.

No hanging of dart boards or objects around room or building.

NO MAID SERVICE PROVIDED. Linens will be exchanged before 11:00 am each morning as needed.

Linen and showering privileges for registered guests of the motel ONLY. You will be charged for destroyed linens.

Parking: NO campers, tents, motor homes, trailers, 5th wheels, are to be parked at the motel. Extra vehicles are to be check in and parked in designated areas with a purchase of $5.00 per night pass.

Handicap accessible restrooms and campsites.

NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED TIME.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
