Deposit is due at time of making reservation or 10 days from the date of making the reservation. If deposit is not received, reservation my be canceled by the resort.
Cancellations, shortening of stay, and late arrivals MUST be made 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date or absolutely NO REFUND.
Guests are responsible for the full cost of their reserved stay, whether they made the reservation or it was a group reservation. It is each guest's responsibility to know how many days are reserved. Changes MUST be made 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date or NO REFUND. This applies to campsites, motel, cabin, and moorage.
MOTEL
Check in time to motel 12:00 pm NO EARLIER. Check out time 11:00 am NO LATER.

No persons allowed to sleep on deck of motel. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No furniture may be removed from any room for any reason.
No maid service is provided. Linens will be exchanged before 11:00 am each morning as needed. Linens are to be used for registered room and not for any other purpose outside of the room. You will be charged for destroyed linens.
